Under no circumstances will Fire Life Yoga prorate, offer a refund or allow extensions, transfers, etc for FLY New Student Offers.

FLY New Student and promotional discounts offered throughout the year are not eligible for combined or stacked discounts (i.e. military, first-responder, etc).

OFFICIAL CLASS EXPIRATION POLICY

FLY In options offer an opportunity for you to drop into class whenever you would like.

FLY Class Cards offer an incentive for you to continue your consistent practice with greater flexibility than a monthly membership.

• 10-Class Card (EXPIRES ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF FIRST VISIT)

Fire Life Yoga reserves the right to delete any unused classes thirty (30) days after their expiration date.

Please note: Fire Life Yoga does not prorate or offer refunds or transfers for unused FLY IN Classes or Class Cards.

CANCELING YOUR FLY MEMBERSHIP

You are able to cancel your membership at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice in advance of your monthly billing date*. Requests must be made via email to hello@firelifeyoga.com. 

Your monthly billing date is defined as the calendar day of the month in which you started your membership.

If notification is received less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to your monthly billing date:

• you will be charged for the next billing period
• your account will be canceled as of the next billing period

Upon receipt of your membership cancellation notice, you will receive an email confirmation from Fire Life Yoga as to the effective cancellation date of your membership.

EXCEPTIONS TO 30 DAYS NOTICE

Fire Life Yoga makes exceptions for the thirty (30) calendar day suspension/cancellation notice for the following circumstances: medical disability, military service, pregnancy or geographic relocation. In these instances we will waive the thirty (30) calendar day cancellation policy if notified prior to the monthly payment date of the current month. Otherwise, the suspension/cancellation becomes effective in the following month. If your cancellation request falls within these circumstances please provide us with sufficient corroborating documentation in your cancellation email. (e.g. doctor’s letter, deployment papers, etc.).

EXTENSION REQUESTS: 

Fire Life Yoga may honor Extension/Freeze requests at its discretion for the following reasons which may include, but are not limited to MEDICAL COMPLICATION, INJURY, OR EMERGENCY or DEPLOYMENT.

We will provide an extension (determined on an individual basis) while your membership or class card is still active with a doctor’s note explaining the injury. Fire Life Yoga may agree to FREEZE membership or class cards for extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to: broken bones, pregnancy, hospitalization, deployment, etc. 

Please email hello@firelifeyoga.com and provide your name, explanation of circumstances, attachments (i.e. doctor’s note), and the type of extension you are requesting.

FREEZE REQUESTS: 

Members with a FLY Annual Membership may temporarily suspend their membership in accordance with the following terms: 

1. You may freeze your membership once per contractual year for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) consecutive months. 
2. Freeze requests must be sent via email to hello@firelifeyoga.com as soon as possible before the intended freeze start date.
3. If you are medically unable to use the Studio, you can request a medical freeze for up to six months (nine months for pregnancy freeze). You must provide a doctor’s letter at the time you request a medical freeze.
4. Other conditions:
   1.  Members joining as part of a corporate program shall not be permitted to freeze their memberships.
   2. All freeze requests must be made in advance. Retroactive freezes may be denied.

EVENT/WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS

Payments and deposits for studio events, workshops, etc. are final sale and non-refundable if canceled by you. To receive a credit for future workshops, your cancellation must be completed at least 72 hours prior. If an event, workshop, etc. is canceled by Fire Life Yoga, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or as a future credit on your account (if requested).
