Their knowledgeable and encouraging instructors have not only have helped to boost my self-confidence but also provided a sanctuary for my physical and mental well-being. One unexpected and delightful surprise has been the visible reduction in my marionette lines. I never thought yoga could have such a tangible impact on my appearance, but I've noticed a significant improvement since I started practicing Bikram. It’s 90 mins self care, where you concentrate on no one but you, and reap benefits mentally and physically of your practice. ​​I’ve been coming to Fire Life yoga classes for 4 months now and have nothing but positive things to say about the classes, the instructors, and the atmosphere in the studio. At a physical level, I feel stronger, more energized and willing to push myself further to that "edge"....such a gift at this point in my life when balance and bone & muscle strength are more important than ever. I love a challenge! I consider myself a strength trainer so being consistent is never a problem for me. Plus my body craves the heat so I’m constantly being drawn into the hot room. The true challenge for myself is letting my mind go in class and being present in my practice. It’s a struggle but on the days I manage to simply be present, I have the most beneficial classes. If you know me, then you know I’m famous for telling someone, “You need to sweat it out in the hot room.” I absolutely love the physical benefits but I’m here for my mental health. And it’s personal.

Great studio to practice in! Clean and hot 🔥 Ashana and Maisha are very knowledgeable to help guide you through your practice. I recommend this studio for beginners and experienced yogis. (And the cold hand towel with essential oils at the end of class is a bonus!)

This studio is beautiful, welcoming and full of positivity and peace. Ashana and Maisha lead their classes with so much knowledge and meet each individual where they are. Class sizes are smaller so no one feels lost in the crowd, everyone gets a truly personalized experience and encouragement. I have definitely found a new yoga family here!
