Bikram Yoga

Bikram’s Beginner Yoga Series is the Original Hot Yoga which consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises (hence the term 26+2).

A Bikram Yoga Class includes the following components:

Dialogue: the manner in which instruction is delivered

Time: 90 minutes

Temperature: 105 degrees

Humidity: 40%

Bikram Yoga is Hatha Yoga. Principles of Hatha Yoga include:

Slow and deliberate movement of your body

A variety of asanas (yoga poses)

Challenge your strength and flexibility

Focus on relaxation and mindfulness
