Studio Policies

  • You must be 16 years old or older to practice in the heated room.

  • Illness
    • If you are sick, have a cough, or sneeze please refrain from coming to the studio.
    • If you feel ill during or after class, please notify the instructor right away.

  • The studio opens 30-Minutes prior to class and closes 30-Minutes after class.
    • 15-Minute Rule for New Students
      • New students should plan to arrive at class a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their first class.
      • This ensures adequate time to get you signed-in, through orientation, and set up on your mat.
      • Please note that we may not be able to accommodate new students who show up less than 15 minutes before their first class.
    • All Students Should Arrive Early
      • While it’s mandatory for new students to arrive early, all should practice arriving early to allow ample time to sign in, settle in and align your attitude with the purpose of the class.
      • While you’re waiting you can practice a pose, do a few stretches or just sit or lie quietly, breathe and get centered.
    • Limit Bathroom Time
      • We have two bathrooms and each is equipped with a shower.
      • Please be considerate of others and limit your bathroom prep time to 10 minutes after class.

  • Check-In Policy
    • Please stop by the front desk and check in with the desk worker, even if you have signed-in online. This is critical.
    • For your safety, each and every person must be accounted for.
    • If you reserve a spot online and do not check in at the front desk prior to class, your spot may be given away.

  • Class Reservations
    • The best way to reserve your spot in any class is to sign up online.
    • You may reserve your spot in a class up to 30 minutes before class starts.
    • We reserve spots for walk-in clients in each class, so don’t stress if a class shows as full online. Just show up early, and your chances are good!
    • If you reserve a spot online and do not come to class, you may be charged according to the No Show policy. We cannot guarantee phone cancellations.

  • No Late Arrivals
    • All classes start on time.
    • Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the studio once the door is locked.
    • If you find yourself running late, please consider taking a later class.

  • Mat, towel and water
    • Always practice with a mat, towel and water bottle.
    • These are available for rent or sale if you forget something.

  • Classroom Silence
    • Please observe the sacred silence of the yoga room.
    • This quiet stillness is one of the greatest gifts we give each other and ourselves.

  • No shoes or personal belongings in the yoga room
    • Please remember to always remove your shoes and store them in the cubbies upon entering the lobby.
    • Disable all electronics. Please turn off cell phones, pagers & anything that makes noise and leave outside of the classroom.

Please make sure to arrive at the studio 15 minutes before class starts to allow enough time for check-in. Late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.

For the safety of everyone and the security of our belongings in the studio, the front entry door is locked at the start of class.
