OFFICIAL CLASS EXPIRATION POLICY
FLY In options allow you to drop into class whenever you’d like.
FLY Class Cards provide an incentive for you to maintain a consistent practice with greater flexibility than a monthly membership.
– FLY IN: Expires one month from the date of purchase.
– 10-Class Card: Expires one year from the date of your first visit.
Fire Life Yoga reserves the right to delete any unused classes thirty (30) days after their expiration date.
Please note: Fire Life Yoga does not prorate or offer refunds or transfers for unused FLY IN classes or Class Cards.
CANCELING YOUR FLY MEMBERSHIP
You can cancel your membership at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice in advance of your monthly billing date*. Requests must be made via email to [email protected].
Your monthly billing date is defined as the calendar day of the month on which you started your membership.
If notification is received less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to your monthly billing date:
– You will be charged for the next billing period.
– Your account will be canceled at the end of the next billing period.
Upon receipt of your membership cancellation notice, you will receive an email confirmation from Fire Life Yoga regarding the effective cancellation date of your membership.
Please note: Fire Life Yoga does not prorate, offer refunds, or allow extensions or transfers for a canceled membership.
EXCEPTIONS TO 30 DAYS’ NOTICE
Fire Life Yoga makes exceptions to the thirty (30) calendar day suspension/cancellation notice for the following circumstances: medical disability, military service, pregnancy, or geographic relocation. In these instances, we will waive the thirty (30) calendar day cancellation policy if notified prior to the monthly payment date of the current month. Otherwise, the suspension or cancellation will become effective in the following month. If your cancellation request falls under these circumstances, please provide sufficient corroborating documentation in your cancellation email (e.g., doctor’s letter, deployment papers, etc.).
EXTENSION REQUESTS
Fire Life Yoga may honor extension or freeze requests at its discretion for reasons that may include, but are not limited to, medical complications, injury, emergencies, or deployment.
We will provide an extension (determined on an individual basis) while your membership or class card is still active, provided you submit a doctor’s note explaining the injury. Fire Life Yoga may agree to freeze memberships or class cards for extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to broken bones, pregnancy, hospitalization, or deployment.
Please email [email protected] with your name, an explanation of your circumstances, any attachments (e.g., doctor’s note), and the type of extension you are requesting.
FREEZE REQUESTS
Members with a FLY Annual Membership may temporarily suspend their membership under the following terms:
– You may freeze your membership once per contractual year for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) consecutive months.
– Freeze requests must be sent via email to [email protected] as soon as possible before the intended freeze start date.
– If you are medically unable to use the studio, you can request a medical freeze for up to six months (nine months for a pregnancy freeze). A doctor’s letter must be provided at the time of your request for a medical freeze.
Other Conditions:
– Members joining as part of a corporate program shall not be permitted to freeze their memberships.
– All freeze requests must be made in advance; retroactive freezes may be denied.
EVENT/WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
Payments and deposits for studio events, workshops, and similar activities are final sale and non-refundable if canceled by you. To receive a credit for future workshops, your cancellation must be completed at least 72 hours in advance. If an event, workshop, or similar activity is canceled by Fire Life Yoga, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or provided as a future credit on your account (if requested).
